It happens every time after vacation and it begins a few days before the vacation comes to an end. The same feeling of not wanting to leave behind the place, its flavors, moods, and spirit. That same feeling of melancholy is even stronger if the destination has become a favorite. Vows to come back are a useless deception – always something happens, plans change, and traveling to new places bring me anywhere else but back to the same location. The Australian native wildlife is a highlight of every trip to the country-continent. Who doesn’t want to meet a kangaroo or cuddle a koala? These are probably Australia’s most iconic animals but there are so many more unusual animals to meet and get to know. There are many animal parks around and the choice is tough. Moments in Australia: miracles at Sydney Opera House
In my mind, I walked so many times around the Sydney Opera House that when I finally set my eyes on its full glory, I am not sure whether I am dreaming or just hallucinating. We arrive in the evening after two long flights with a transfer via Bangkok. The hotel is strategically chosen in the vicinity of Sydney Harbour.
